The day it changes the amt of happiness u will get will be unbelievable be positive dear I know not easy but very soon u will be smiling n dancing all over

remaining positive is the key to success and we have to give our best in this hard time so that whenever we turn back and see we smile how we took over this hard time. This is just like exam days for me when i was in school and i remember how i use to panic at that time and being sleepless as well. well my lawyer says no one who had applied to NDVO gets visa before 11 months (if lucky they get it in 8 months which is rare) ...and she is willing to bet her job if someone got a visa in 6 months..go figure...they don't know more than what we do. Only they are good at is presentation (she made a very wonderful file with subsections backed up by documents and a nice letter to ICI)

My gcms notes showed the same crap...no updates since june .Dont worry about it.
And i have dealt with these so called immigration lawyers...trust me..its a fkn scam.i think i have more knowledge through these forums and reading...than these immigration consultants/lawyers. They are only interested in 1 thing...and that is $$$$! dont wrry about what they say...its BS.

Myrah...i agree with you ...PAFSO was and is being greedy ...but tony clement @ TB is the biggest nutjob ever. He keeps saying No to everything...doesnt want to negotiate at all.Get back to the table and negotiate.....i think its more of an ego clash right now than anything else.

Yes rt now it's only ego coz this issue is all over n too much pressure on the govt but its so stupid he gives in or not he's still hated by everyone.... They have wasted our time by now till march visa's wld have been issued
