Dont worry abt the security and criminal checks it wont take long for them to verify.......check the notes and see what it says there and also check if the interview is recommended or not...

I had sent a case specific email about 30 days ago and today I'd received a call from CHC New Delhi, that they wanted Schedual "A" form to be send again for background check. I told him that it was already sent and the officer said that they need the full history since the age of six since I had took admission in the Primary School and all. It is Just ridiculous. Isn't it?? Now after 18 months they wanted Schedule A to be send again. I asked him it was clearly written on the form that "Provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18 or the past 10 years whichever is most recent" but the guy said politely that No No; it required from the day I joined my first school ever.

Who will argue with this stupid system??? he said form will be sent to HQ for background check and it will take another two months from the date they would receive the form.

CIC system is worst I could guess.....even the new form also said to Provide the details of your personal history since the age of 18 or the past 10 years whichever is most recent.

I wish I could ask this question to Immigration minister of Canada....

Is it racism? discrimination? exploitation? or what....... I am just frustrated.....and worst thing is my passport is with them for last 13 months.

What has happend to people working at ndvo. This was posted by someone on 2012 forum

Guy, I found this on the FB group. :o Dunno what this means:

[Rubinder Singh
"Dear All.

I have applied for PR under spousal category in March'13. My file was received in NEw Delhi Office in April'13. and my passport was asked in May'13. Since then my passport is with them. My status in "application status" is IN PROGRESS.

Yesterday i was called for finger print scanning at the New Delhi Embassy. When i asked what was the reason for this i wasnt given any answer. I requested them to allow me to meet an official so that i can discuss my case file with him/her. I was denied.

Is fingerprint scanning a regular affair for the Embassy? How does it affect the processing of my file."]

Hi VSN,

as per my knowledge, i asked one of my friend about that, its very rare, and there is a 80% chances that the finger prints they have on your passport is lost or expunged.

or

pictures which they have dose not match with your passport.

OR

so illegal issue

anyways wishing you best of luck frnd

Take care

Check it again they would have written interview waiver recommended

No updates anyone? This is the 2nd week without any DM's... seems like they've shifted majority of their time to student/tourist visas. I guess that's the government's priority since they've already made their $ from us. Makes me sick to see the constant back-forth games PAFSO and govt are playing using us like pawns and putting our lives on hold. I'm more upset with PAFSO as they're already well paid as it is, just plain greedy.

Its a shame they're slowing down immigrants coming into the country when they very well know it is run by people from other countries.
