Clarification from yesterday: the government has filed application for judicial review of the PSLRB #dipstrike decision - not an appeal.


In other words..govt. doesnt give a *censored word* about PAFSO or their demands and this strike is gonna go on.
This is a fkn joke.....our indian govt. is more efficient than this.dont worry about this guys...we will get our DMs before this strike ends.

Application filed/received in Mississauga: July 11, 2013 (medicals sent with application)
Sponsorship approved: August 12,2013
File transferred to New Delhi: August 12,2013
Passport requested: September 4, 2013

Online status has been "application received" ever since July 11, 2013

I see that there are a lot of good vibes here, hope to get in on some of this good energy

Hi Robin,

No communication from the embassy regarding this. I requested GCMS notes and in the notes section it was listed saying "Interview waiver recommended" as the PA and sponsor are compatible.

Guys first time i got a reply:


i mean tony clement mention my name in his tweet with michelle zillo that his department is working and in the month of august they have issued more than 750 Visa's to India only.

i don't know how come 750 visa's they have issued,

Hmm Guys Recently i declined the Job offer from capgemini because of 1 year bond just because i dont want to stuck here for one more year. Hope if the department is working then we should be getting some good news soon.

Me and my wife just left checking forum these days, both we dont have much time, since today is visvakarma day, i'm sharing some time here,
We really have some gem here in the forum.
My Shout out for RD DELHI, MYrah, Steve, Satnam Waheguru,can4visa and many more "hats off frnds"

And i really wanted to know what Myrah is made of, she is always happy, and all we need to be like her.

Guys have faith all we have that strength to wait but we are just giving up.

if they are working then yes we will be getting visa...!
They have no right to keep our passport they have to return our passport and with the VISA

it may be a combination of Tourists, business, family and student...Mostly student and Tourist visas...

750 is a very low number....they are very very slow....and must be rejecting more.

Just need stamp from photographer on back and your signature. The stamp should have date already. This is all I had on the back of the pictures.
