First of all a gud ray of hope here .....so happy for that......i know we all are positive people here including myself but wanted to just put this out that......i hope that the government doesnt file a case at a higher court against the ruling ........Hoping for the best.....

don't know what will happen....right now anything is possible - as most suspected, the strike will continue indefinitely, or until legislated back to work, by the same Government entities responsible for the strike. How likely is legislation? Or is the next step for PAFSO Federal Court?

Good news the decision is on favour of PAFSO lets wait and watch what happens next......

I hope something positive comes out of this ruling..bit disappointed though that board did not force the govt to negotiate..does this mean, govt can ignore the recommendations?

hope they all get back to work on monday morning and start processing the huge backlog of family class pr applications which have been thrown to the bottom of the pile during this strike.....pls pls pls call the strike off !! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

In half hour it will be 5PM, and everyone will be partying at home for the weekend. It looks like we are not going to c the statement from Treasury Board. They will call off the day and go home.
