Just wondering, did you request photocopies/physical records of your file? or did you request electronic snapshot?
because the section 9(1)(A) states the following:
(a) the request is for a large number of records or necessitates a search through a large number of records and meeting the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with the operations of the government institution,

because there are still cases seen in these forums where ATIP request are being completed in 30 day timeframe, so what could be different in your case?

Guys n gals why to waste so much of time by only waiting for ur pp with visa....let's do sum thing DAT will help u getting ur driving license with the first week after u land in Canada..... If u agree let me know n I can post a link to practice ur written test here.......just for a thought....

international driving licence is not enough ....to drive in Canada....u need to get an information letter from rto with info of your license....only then will u get to drive otherwise u have to start fresh.....(its around 1000-1500rs payment with all details of your licence)...... anyways u still have to give an exam...just letting u guys know it will help

Yes I know that exam as well as classes r compulsory for DL. Pehle Canada enter karne ka licence "Visa" to mile.....

Yes you can expect their reply after 3 months, my husband got reply yesterday of the email sent in June.

Has anybody tried to send more documents through case specific enquiry online ? Do they reply? Does it delay the process even more? I need to send them my return ticket and why i couldnt go back on the date i was supposed to return i.e. july 14th...and proof of our ongoing relationship...Please help !!
