ya I wish I had a copy ....I took a Xerox of everything except the medical receipt..........grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr I just have the payment fee receipt ....

what do u mean?? u can make out the original....it has carbon ink with your details... I think

I m sure u sent the right report...u get two documents from the Doc one is payment receipt and other is the Medical report form/Receipt with your pic and signature of the DMP on it.

i m sure u shud be able to tell if it is a photocopy or not, how it look like and contents in it.

ya I got 2 forms the one with the pic and my signature I sent it with the application and that same form ka 2nd copy the dr sent it to ndvo the other form is my payment recpt

original was kinda colored -- n xerox all black n white - hope it helps

I wonder y i applied for gcms notes:'( nothing has been started yet !!! feeling irritated. Happy to see tht they have received my passports atleast.

Same here, it is so irritating to see that nothing is started on my file as well.

Why is medical report from doc taking such a long time? JEEZZ....
Either that or the doc is just sitting at NDVO and nobody has done anything about it....
