the strike is still going on.. still waiting for it to end .. for the labour boards' hearing....
my medical has expired while the strike was going on.... on 18th this month... so should i send a medical again ... or should i wait for them to ask for the medical.. but them if i wait then it may take another 2 months .. so can some one suggest if i should redo my medical. before they ask and send it to them :-\

Hello i am just confused .... i sent my application on feb 18th...but the application was received and approved by mississauga on March 6....now am i feb applicant or March applicant???

You are a feb Applicant but processing time calculates from March 6th when your sponsor's was approved.

need advize..

I got my GCMS notes.. and there in the correspondence section.. page 10.. it says, they sent me AOR from New Delhi on so and so date and with it they included "items requested" as passport photos.

Then in "Incoming" section, they acknowledged that the passport is received.. but also mentioned "passport photos" status as "requested" ...


We donot have any email with request for passport photos. we got that standard email where they request for passport only.. Am just wondering if anyone else has the same experience ? should I just go ahead and send them the photos ? its just 6 photos anyways, but still looking for a guidance.

I guess its better you send photos as per specifications along with a cover letter and may be even copy of GCMS notes too.

Wait for them to ask...Do not do stuff by yourself.. You may not have to do it again.

Yes true, just wait for them to ask you to send your re-medical because some times they just wave your medical to a different expiry date.

Did you get recent notes you applied ?

We are happy for those who are getting visa & had applied much later but wonder how they are issuing visa to those who applied in March and not for Jan applicants.
