Yeah true as per my notes it is expired but I am waiting on these jhahil NDVO's to reply me back.

I cannot bear the pain of my wife crying on the chat as I know it is very painful for her. I can manage my pain but I cannot see her pain it make's my body temperature rise and my blood boils in anger. If only if I can go and kill all these guys.

i knw my is expiring in november i dnt knw wht to expect.. its hard to live widout spouse...

They can only request a status update. They can not help with processing times and procedural delays.

From the MP's website

*NOTE* MP's office cannot speed up the processing of an immigration application, nor obtain special updates on immigration files which are within normal processing times and standards. Constituents who have sponsored or made an immigration application can obtain their own status updates by utilizing the CIC Online Service at:Client Application Status, or by calling the national CIC Call Centre Service at: 1-888-242-2100

So one of our applicants ( Parents/Dependents ) dared to go to ND office ( w/o being invited ) and this is his tale./.brave kid


Finally back from Delhi.

So here is the summary of what happened

It was one hell of an argument to pass the Security Guards which wont let anybody in. I made some valid arguments, so they gave me a form which I filled and somebody at the counter reviewed it and agreed to talk to me. He requested me to give him some time to look into the case and asked me to come after few hours and made my appointment the same day since I explained I live far away.

When I came back he said they couldn't locate my physical file (I argued why physical but he said they have to look into physical file for full info). He is expecting it to be in one of the officers cabin. He took my phone and made so called "enquiry ticket". He assured me I'll get call in 2-3 days. When I argued what if I don't get a call, he said I can come back to see them at the counter.

I don't know if its true about the file but I gave him the benefit of doubt. Lets see what happens

I would take that anyday, if only we knew local public in these offices

My friend got US visa like that , paid around 6 lakhs back in 1998 for a tourist visa - lived there for 2 years, hated it and came back ( his reason: was missing paani-puri j/k ). He is now married to his american wife and is a GC holder ( ghum phirake wapas gaya )

With the MP request it can help to get some queries answered which may not get a response if you file a general inquiry with NDVO. It also results in a quicker turnaround time it seems.

Well I have applied for the gcms notes this months 18 so lets see what happens and regarding the MP I still have 2 months till 10 so I have no choice than to wait.
