1) Racket comes in handy - even when I was in Toronto, summer time, its not like you are killing mosquitoes whoile day
2) Surprising no one told you about insurance? if you show experience from home country, it gives you discounts for years of experience. Its very common for ICBC here in BC
3) I am big fan of knorr stuff, especially those items items like Machaw, Manchurian but never found them in Indian stores, only generic one - been a while gone to GTA so it might be there now for sure. You do get other items but stuff like saffron is expensive, not as cheap as India

insurance thingie -- yes exp really helps.

wow..finally some movement on this board!

a lot of people getting their PPs back....good news..thank god!

I hope this means good news. Because now I'm going to worry about him getting his visa back. His address is still listed as his Indian address though? Is this a bad sign?

I'm nervous now.

sure na?? Coz i read this onthis forum only like 2 mths back i guess. Someone confirmed it with CIC customer care too and they said yes you have to inform CIC if you are gonna stay for long say more thn,a mth or so -- something like this.

Haha so what is the new story now!!!

In order to get visa fast we need to have children now??

From what I heard is that it delays your case a bit is it true?

Kid's have always been priority. But some applications with kids are also delayed...
So very confusing at this point to identify a trend if there is one lol...
Most of us have no acknowledgement from CIC if they received our passports or not... just living on blind hope here like the rest of you all...

arjun s case is (acc to him) -- he s applicant - his wife is Canadian citizen with a child from first marriage -- so thr s no child left behind here in India that they will give priority to !! So chill :)) we are gonna go in Sept *wink wink*
