its mostly by email....but some ppl 2012 have got calls to send their passport..

Thnks...they called me on may5 for the passport ..it was delivered to them by 8th may...but still they haven't mentioned anything regarding the passport recieved or not on the website...also I never got any email or mail for passports...i am concerned if they had got it or not

Hey Isha!
The only way you can know if they received your passport is by tracking your passport by courier.
