Aug 12 will be my 10 months of waiting after submitting Application whcih is very sad
I am not sure when to expect our passport anymore. September is our anniversary and medical expires in september.

I am even thinking of going back to visit my partner now cuz this is taking way too too long then we expected..

My last hope is to get a call before our medical expires in september which is ging to be 11 months of subimitting application..

My spouse received call from embassy as well and missed the call, called back but the lady over the phone said they will call back.
Any one who have been through the same situation?? What should we do now .

Thats actually old news, you guys missed the twitter war after that article between TB and PAFSO on Saturday, and TB even tweeting to ON minister for that comment

If possible, yeah certainly you should try to make a trip to see your partner!
What's the update on your GCMS?

Yesterday I was talking with my partner regarding a tentative travel plan to visit her.
That discussion lifted our spirits. We ended speaking 4 hrs straight on what we'll do when we get back together in this short trip.
It just occurred to me how much influence positive discussion had on me yesterday after a long time, we felt so good.
I would recommend for people who can afford to take a short trip (2-3 weeks) to start think & plan about this.
Even having a discussion about this will uplift our moods! Just wanted to share this!

That's best which you can do at the moment. But I know it's not possible for everyone to do that , but being positive is always right. Hope for the best

Maybe I am being too cynical here...but most of the countries suffering from this strike are non-european counrties.
Goes to show how this Conservative govt. have their priorities set for different nations.

Yes but it doesn't matter a lot for people from visa exempt countries and most of the European countries are in this category.
