Hey gulzar,

I had a very good question from my friend who also recently applied for sponsor visa.
His question was " If at all there is an interview in the stage 2 of the sponsor process, what are all the proof's that can be taken along with? DVD , video material is okay as a proof during an interview process ? "

I thought why not I post it here to get some views and also help others who are having similar questions.

I dont think they accept video material. But anyways you can take them in addition to the hard copies. And its upto the VO to decide whether he accepts it or not.

Hey Guys!
My timeline is here:
Medicals done: 28 Jan
Appication sent: 01 Feb
Sponsorship approval: 26 Feb
PPR: 16 Mar
Passport sent: 17 Mar

I see that some folks who have applied after my date at New Delhi VO have their medical status updated (medicals received).
In my case, when I check online (using the client ID for both sponsort & the applicant) it just says 'Application Received' and the medical status is not yet updated.
How can i make sure if the medical report I have sent to New Delhi wasn't misplaced or not properly received?
I checked with the panel physician where my wife had done the medicals and they verified that they have sent all the medicals till date.
I'm concerned and not interested in hearing that ND VO has lost my medicals after 6 months and then I have to wait for 3 extra months for the medicals to be sent again. I aprpeciate any thoughts on this.

UCI of the sponsor and sponsor last name and DOB etc..
Client id of the sponsor is the UCI

Both the sponsor and the applicant (after the sponsorship apprval) have a UCI number.
So I can check either using my UCI (using my details: DOB, lastname etc.) or my wife's UCI (using her details: DOB, lastname etc.)

I got a SA as well
But where does it mention applicant's new UCI?
the SA i got has only the existing UCI of the sponsor and not for the applicant.

I just validated the attachement with SA.

when u get passort request from New Delhi then u get UCI for the applicant

Hi guys,

Here's my timeline:
Medical done: 24th Dec
Application filed: 31st Jan
Sponsorship Approval: 26th feb

Haven't got any update after that. Since 26th Feb, the PR application status show "Application Received" and under that "Medical results have been received.". I have seen few people in the thread who have similar timelines and have already received the PPR, wondering how the VO process the applications.
