getting frustrated day by day... refreshing forums and PAFSO site all day... just trying my level best to be calm and cool... I think people who got PPR in march can understand the situation more.. as we all are almost at the edge of process completion.... and this strike started... :(

Hi Gupta,
But I read somewhere that they are on rotating strike since April.
So we were still getting updates until 30th May. But past 1 month it has been slow only because they must be diverting their officers to finish up more of student and visitor visas...also PR applications are processed which are on priority..so we saw few updates from 2012 whose meds are expiring in aug/sept....Just my guess/analysis....I think we will see more updates beginning August...I was also following Student permit forum and CHC delhi is issuing student visa in 10-15 working days...which is good...I thnk we need to be patient and its really difficult for us right now :(

yes strike was there since April but from some time mid of June the processing speed has fallen drastically... good to hear that student visas are done in 10 - 15 days... because atleast it gives a hope that they are working and after schools start here (I think some time in Sep), they will focus on family visas... but even if that is the case, that means till september we can not expect much progress in family visas in case if this strike continues...
I really hope that this strike gets resolved soon now....

true...but have you checked new-delhi 2012 spreadsheet?
Most of the updates were in AUG-SEPT-OCT...so thats why I am positve..:)

Most of the schools start in September so most of the people will aplly by july...so by mid-august all student visas should be processed and they will work on family application thats my guess..
But would love to hear updates by end of this week though :D
