Hi Frz,

I just signed the petition...with some comments...

I also joined the remedical queue today...as unfortunately I did my medical far ahead than submitting my case
Just curious, are there some re medical cases who got visa or all have the same fate??
Wish for a speedy visa to everyone...

no all of them hv same fate...just look at page 3438 dere is remedical list. .just one person got DM today...

agreed Neha...guess everyone should come forward and stand for themselves....if we do it all together it wil surely have an impact....for even better result we all should choose a coomon date n apptox time wid similar subject line...then they just cant afford to miss it.....why would genuine people wid genuine relation would not want to stand againest injustice....we should not b silent anymore n take it up...guys pls. dont b passive n put ur comments n lets take an action this week.

Send email To minister and CC to a maximum MPs about the issue, this is a foolish trick to hold a whole group giving official 15 months timelines and start processing latest files to show efficiency.
I am requesting this to every individual here, don't worry, nothing gonna happen to your application if you are speaking out for your rights, Canadian spouses are contributing to the country and its their right to get their families with them, Canada is a free country, people have right to speak against unfair system, and how government will come to know if we don't tell them, please everybody write emails, I bet they will open re-medical files sooner with this pressure and atleast they will see that we are watching what they are doing.

(important note: above link consist all MPs including the opposition party, so even if current party MPs deny they still have to answer to opposition)

No update in 3 months since ADR ... almost one year still "Application Received" this fkn system is totally messed up.. 2014 ppl from May already getting visa and they have kept us with no update..

YOU REALLY NEED TO GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT!!! NO May applicant until now have heard back....Many JAN/FEB guys are still waiting to hear without any updates....

Many of 2013 and 2014 applicants are friends....plz let them be...

we are all victims of the screwed up system....not 2014 applicants against 2013 applicants...
