book an appointment with the CIC approved physician and go there with the copy of this letter, passport etc. take UCI and file number with you would be on SA if not on the remedical request.

Once remedical is done, i assume the doctor will directly send to NDVO. Good luckk....

yes please call them. if you call early iin the morning, you may get an appointment same day. If you do go to the physician you went earlier, he may have your info on file.

i think if you take this letter, you should have all the information in it. UCI , File Number, Passport No.

Take a copy of the passport with you....if you have photocopies....

i dont know the answer. RKS or W2E or seniors should comment.... i would imagine there is a fee. take as much as you took for the first medical. it was around 3500rs(not sure) for me...each hospital clinic may be different....

Hey you can take any other national identity prood too if ur passport is wid NDVO. I took my aadhaar card for my remeds. and yea the fee was 4000 sumthin for me i don't remember clearly

I have asked for only chest x-ray and filled 6th and 7th page of FORM 5419.

Hey if your status has changed to IP then no chance of interview as per trend here.. keep your fingers crossed, and for me they asked for chest x ray and blood report

Hey, check your spam folder too or call them and ask n yea about the passport thingy even I didn't have my passport at the time of my remed so i took other national identity docs and hospital people took a copy of my adhaar card, and yes this was mentioned in the email too thet NDVO sent me for remds they said that either passport copy or any national identity proof will work..

They have asked me for re-medical for today itself...my lawyer sent me mail today so i think status will be changed tomorrow...
And they asked me only for chest x-ray.
How much validity they have given u? i got only 7 days.

Probably you should call NDVO or send them an email or call your MP

yes probably that can happen, My status changed to Ip on 3rd July n on the same day i got remeds email too.. my validity was for 60 days

What is the difference between validity of 7 days, 30 days and 60 days?
