...i made a critical mistake n i m so worried................
just realized yesterday.......n crying since than .......hubby is sooooo mad at me ......
ok so i did a stupid mistake while filling the forms .......in schedule Q NO 6 there is a question if i have ever applied for a visit visa for canada or any country and i and i didnt tick it .......as i have applied for american visit visa but it was way back in 2007.........n now i m panicking ....plz need ur advice n plz no harsh comment as already i m on verge of collapsing plz help

hey..my partner applied for u.s. visitor visa twice and was refused twice and did not mention it in the application..did mention about canadian visitor visa refusal..at the time of interview no questions were asked about u.s. visa omissions...lots of questions on canadian visa refusal..as many in the forum explained just send a letter to them about the mistake and ask them to include it...but you do have to write 'i will not do it again' 100 times on a separate sheet of paper and send it to them so that they will forgive you...by the way ask your hubby to lighten up..mistakes are made and not the end of the world as not to pick up the phone and comfort you (if he can't handle a small mistake like this, how is he going to live together in one room dealing face to face 24 hrs a day; 7 days a week; 365 days a year? and rest of lifetime)

today is independence day...happy independence day to all...yesterday a family member, an old lady in her 80s, remarked 'so you live in Canada? my grandson lives there..been there once and came back right away...a great country, freedom and everything but if I can't spit or throw garbage or pee on the side of the road, am i really free to do whatever I want? and speaking of garbage when it is Wednesdays the whole house goes into panic mode since they have get the garbage bin to the sidewalk before the pick up otherwise one week wait...nothing like India...' .....a different perspective on freedom and what it means to this lady...

Hello All,
Just a 'color analysis' this time.
If you open new spreadsheet (first link in the footer), and scroll down slowly you will notice no more than 3-4 non-green (green are IP, DM, PPT Received) rows at a time, but as you reach to Sep 13 2013, a lot of rows are blue and red. Interesting to see this color distribution, shows where exactly NDVO is stuck.

great job....you should send a copy of this excel spreadsheet to NDVO with a note 'wake up you morons'....(I dare you to do it now and not after you get your visa...freedom from the tyranny of visa officers and get your independence from New Delhi visa office's autocratic decisions)

Hi Guys

My application under spouse category is under process in CIC. When I was in New Zealand, I had been given a speed ticket in 2010 ( exceeded 100km/h posted speed limit ) and I paid it next day. I did not declare it in CIC forms as I thought it's not a criminal offence. Will it make me inadmisssible to Canada?

Status at present is re medical email received on 13 Aug and the ECAS status as usual Application Received.

only if you have been arrested, convicted and imprisoned ..speeding ticket is not an offense..if you had been drinking, driving and killing someone with your car then it is a criminal offense and Canadian government does not like drinking and driving....

Hi everyone........we received remedical request from cic with an attached remedical filled form.......and attached letter......and ask to send it in 60 days....
its written in the letter clearly that once you have completed ur medical.....the doctor will forward it to cic...........so I am worried now that do I have to send them the copy of medical form or not.......though my lawyer told me that its not necessary to send anything.....but u want then can just email them......
m so confused....do I have to email them......though doctor said that u don't have to send anything.
plz somebody reply
soon
thnx
the doctor was right. ..you didn't send anything to them but we all send the receipt of remedical so if you want then send it otherwise there is no need...just relax. ..after 20 days asked ur MP to find out that ur remedical reached or not...
