Congrats Dear. My god so many variations in getting DM for remedical people someone is getting in 1 month some more than 2 months. How much time they gave for remedial period? Like 1 month or 1 week? When you get remedical letter from NDVO?

thanks ...... ya got remedical letter on 7th july 2014 and done my remedical on 8th july 2014 ... they gave us a timeline of 7 dyas

Hi W2E, my application in process since 11th July 2014 and medicals will expire in another 13 days. Do think i may get re medical request or are there any chances that they may extend the medical by few weeks and ask me to fly. As you know my case they reversed my case from IP to AR and back to IP, means they have thoroughly gone through my case before giving me IP status for 2nd time, then why this delay. don't understand their mentality. Please comment. Thanks...

it is hard to predict NDVO's actions....they have asked one forum member if she can fly out within a week and for another they have asked him to do remedicals a month and a half before it expires....hopefully in your case they will ask you in a couple of days if you can fly out or not...

if you have the urge to scold them for the delay, I can ask them to call you to verify your address....of late they have been mailing the passports without calling to verify the address.

yes a special friend but my leg has been hurting by keeping my leg in a kick off position for a long time..better get your visa fast rks so that you can kick yourself out of this forum...

Guys is there any difference between letters of remedicals within 7 days or 60 days...does that mean remedicals asked for 7 days take less time to process file and change into DM....mine was asked within 7 days.....
