Just to let other October 2013 applicants know I got an ADR today, so NDVO is still working on October files.
My case will be on hold till they open it again (in about six weeks I am guessing as other ADRs).

Most of October applicants should expect at least IP in next 10 days.

I see a recent trend where NDVO is requesting ADR such as Divorce Petition, Second visit pics, continued contact proof etc. rather than leaving the applicants in a limbo which happened earlier.

Yes it is better to know what is going on with the file. I was planning to go for GCMS notes, but might wait for some time now.

Which documents did they asked from you? Have u consult ur lawyer? What he is thinking about your status to change?

they asked for wedding photos , honeymoon fotos , second visit pics. lawyer said wait till the mentioned waiting time (13mnths ) are not over yet . : and same statement was given by "mp". gcms notes take about 30 days. medical expired in may 2014. I wake up everyday saying to myself may be i ll hear something today and log in to check online status hoping that it could have changed but what is see everyday is "APPLICATION RECEIVED".hopefully some day my turn will come ,staying positive.

my status is complicated, as of now they haven't contacted me and infact ignoring me and our all plans have been shattered, I have accepted the fact that I am a mercy case because of a simple marriage, though we spent like 2 years together both are engineers working with world known companies.... last month we were looking for a house to buy in Canada and this week we are looking for a job in some other country and planning to quit Canada. What an uncertain system.

NEHA they haven't finished oct yet. They are still working in them so you will hear from them very soon. Do not lose hope. I am sure you will be contacted in few days..

No i was planning to apply but my lawyer asked to wait for couple of days more . I ll wait for few more days and then i ll apply for sure.

IS there any june applicant who are still waiting their visa or it is just me almost 2 months after re-medical and still in-process so frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sure, We met online on June 2011, it started on from there..I mean knowing each other ..falling in love and then deciding to get married. He came to see me for the first time to India in Sep 2012 for 2 weeks and we got formally engaged too then. Next he came to visit me and get married to me in March 2013 and this time he stayed with me for 5 weeks.. We didn't have a proper honeymoon coz Pedro got sick because of hot weather in India so we stayed most of the time during his second visit in Nainital with my parents in my house..but yes we did take a trip together to Agra in his first visit and to Chennai for my niece's first birthday in his second visit.. We didnt give any hotel bills, restaurant bills, coz we didnt know we had to.. we always threw them away so the only proof we provided were 500 pictures, 100 emails, 100 pages of bbm chats, screen shots of video chats, facebook summary of our relationship and yes letters from his parents and mine stating that they know about us and are happy for us and our relationship, we got this letter attested by a lawyer too..Hope this helps

500 pictures!!!! no wonder they did not ask you to come for interview...imagine at the time of interview a file size of an elephant with pictures only and the poor visa officer looks one after another and his tired eyes popping out...it is not the fat wedding that matters...you can have 5000 people but if parents are not present this will raise curiosity in visa officer's mind and that would lead to an interview...it is all in the proper documentation...

That may be true but i want to tell about us. In our case we too had a small wedding with a small reception, nothing fancy at all with just 35 people in total,, my parents, my best friends and 2 family relatives...that's it, My husband'd parents couldn't make it due to you know long distance and money issues.. But I didnt get any interview and my status changed to IN Process just recently after 9 months of application filed..

Congratulations.. Hopefully something will happen for us too... In my case we met in 2009 in India and then I came back to canada. Since then i have been coming to India every year... 2011, 2012 stayed together for 15 days got engaged), 2013 got married.. And then again 2014 visited him for 2 months... Provinded all the photos mentioning the year.. (Photos do prove that they r old,as I got fat LOL) hahaha... Anyways the only thing that was not normal was wedding... It was a simple court marriage but we did have the lawan or pheres whatever u call it... U r case has given me some hope..

DO anybody know how this relationship works?
Bcz i and my wife had secret marriage and dint tell our familes.
Her parents was not ready for this. And after all family dicussion my family oppose us too. i know my wife from like 8 years and we went school together. Been in real relation for 4 years and i really didnt had much proof of our relation. All i had was old email and couple pics when i went india firrt time in 2013. I do have my wife's pictures with my mom and my sister in law and sister. Does this mean i m on red flag?
Can any one suggest?
I sent my secret mrg pics and explained everything about our relation too.

in these four years, how many times sponsor had visited you? are your parents accepting you now? in this secret marriage was there any close relatives like siblings present?
