So I am a september 23 applicant.. I applied for notes 2 times recently i got the second notes but there is no mention of interview or any red flag. What are the chances of interview? I am kind of worried i did provide lots of proof I am just worried b'cz parents didn't attend the wedding...

going forward, all canada spouse applicants should invite NDVO people to wedding too..iam sure these NDVO people wont mind as they have lot of time on their hands....

Are you comparing spousal sponsorship (or may be MOC) to robbing a bank Neha?

Actually your question brought another interesting idea to my mind. Federal Government should take all the refused cases to the court, and either grant them visa for enuine relationship or punish them for this 'crime'. This should lower the MOC cases and rest of us will get speedy visa

I am sure Mexico has states not provinces like in Canada..you may wanna cross check with members on a thread from Mexico.You only need to provide one PCC per country and it should be from the state/province where you lived in Mexico.

initial review is pending...............

now questions.........is this transfer is good for my case???

how much time they need for initial review????

guys ny idea how long it ll take for visa???

check the last page of notes; if it says interview recommended with implied reasons (like dob of sponsor is such and such and sponsored person is such and such; had previous marriage; quick wedding with no families present;different religion etc)....red flags are huge age difference; quick wedding with family not present; no honeymoon; lack of visits and communication after marriage; religion (though not openly stated)... you wont find openly stated in the notes you have to assume these are the reasons for interview....again anything they consider as a cause of concern will be implied but not openly stated..sometimes they have interviews for quality assurance purposes...of late people from certain state are prone to have interview (again this one is not openly stated in the notes)....

if u belong to Punjab then they transfer ur file to Chandigarh embassy. ..bcoz its near ur place. .
my file also pending for initial review don't know how much time they will take. .
as ur timeline ur medical expires can u done ur remedical ?

ur in the same boat,,,iam also july 26.2013 applicants medical expire 17 march 2014,,ecas status shows application received,,,mp enquiry done recommended interview but still no any email from ndvo abt interview date and time

it is like my situation..took 11 months to arrange for interview till then it was 'application received'...did remedicals and now waiting forever for the status to change to 'DM'..it appears that if an interview is recommended they set it aside and don't do background checks; wait for interview to be over; ask for remedicals and then do background checking which probably takes 3 to 4 months (all in all instead of 13 months it looks like it is going to take 17 months for me). With so much money they charge for application, can't these morons do background checking first even if the candidate fails in interview...

17 months. ...don't scared me...if unfortunatly I hv an interview then it will take 17 months to get visa..

do you think CIC is so stupid for not getting this idea in yrs what you got with just a clue.
do you really believe Canada is actually against MOC.
give it a thought, how can you assume robbing the bank will stop by just using more locks on the door of bank, people who are desperate to get this money (pr) by hook or by crook will they stop trying if there is no trial at all, no punishment at all, no action on sponsor.
technically before denying spouse visa to applicant, atleast sponsor should already be summoned and called to the court for trying to cheat immigration. But actual scenario is completely different.
they have made things tougher just to clear the bad image of Canada internationally that they are concern but are they really concerned??
They are just concerned for intake numbers per year, and as long as person is clear through criminal/security/medical checks, I don't think they give a damn if it was a real or fake marriage but they want to protect their falling image.

bcoz I think we all know how to do a successful fake marriage these days...don't you think so after going through all blogs and other's experiences with NDVO

& everybody knows how to rob this bank, just because bank is seriously not worried at all as it may have its own reasons (insurance etc)

;D omg mg omg. i really surprised. i got my passport with shiny visa yesterday 3:00pm by indian speed post. 1 and half year NDVO Torcher is completed on yesterday.iI booked the flight ticket on 4/07/14 . Thanks to all friends in this Session.

I hope, All are Getting visa soon. God helps to everyone. I never feel before this painfull experience. Daily waiting waiting waiting. Several times. And check e-cas three times per day after meals like a medicine. Lot of tensioning after checking ecas. Beause nothing changes on e cas.
