Isn't if we are going to apply for notes it will be too late for appeal when we gets the notes?

Are we not going to get any letter or e-mail by them why they refused me?

Sahil, the only way you'll know the reason for your rejection ( if it surely is a rejection) is thru notes...i dont know the conversation during your interview, but the officer may have baddgered you about something in particular. And i'm not sure if there a timeline within which you have to appeal....Please check the appeal cases, i'm sure you'll get proper info from them.

I'm livid about the way you have been treated during the interview.....this is beyond wrong!!!!

Even if it takes a month for your notes, its worth it. Find a good lawyer and do your due diligence by the time you get your notes...prepare such an appeal ki koi mai ka laal cant raise fingers at your case.

Don't worry things will get better!

Sahil if they used such language I will suggest you to atleast write email to minister's email and write in all detail and tell them clearly how you were treated while interview and parallely go for appeal.
This is disgusting if people say it gets record how come they can behave this way. It's pathetic . we are not slave or didn't commit any crime.

But for sure you need to give them back....

how the hell they talk to anybody like that....there are many gentle ways of refusal/denial.
doesn't matter whether he was to give you visa or not, but this kind of treatment is totally uncalled for.
