Hi Sanju...I am pretty much in the same boat as u are....i was really hoping to see my wife in July....but just came to know about this stupid strike and the fact that it has been ongoing for a month!!!

This really adds to our frustration. So now..when the strike is over...the visa officers will have a BIG backlog to clear...wow..

Have they stopped processing spouse applications ..etc completely at NDVO?? I just saw someone on this Forum who received his Passport on June 13th.....so looks like they are still processing??

Thanks.

Hi

They are processing, its a rotational strike so some people are working but the processing has slowed down. But I have a feeling that strike will be over by next week as school starts in September and most students would like to come in Mid - aug. I am sure Mr Harper is working on a new contract and will follow up with union soon. I pray every day and its really frustration. This isolation is killing me

Is it Partial, and does it accompany Indian address? and this Canadian address was just added
If yes, then in a day or two, you should see DM and passport delivered

but I haven't got my ppr and this address was from the beginning....

I don't think it has any significance but I would strongly recommend you to order GCMS notes as I have seen lots of cases in the recent past who were waiting for PPR for so long and when they ordered notes they learned that PPR was sent to them but for some reason didn't reach to the applicant. So to be on the safer side order notes.

still waiting for ppr

Seeing ur timeline u must receive it this by the end of this month - that's what i have seen so far - they usually take a mth or so for the same. All the besties Dear.

and i,hope u r using applicants uci only thn u'll see Indian address. And i guess we get applicants UCI along with the PPR request. Just a guess.

Good Luck to all.

Yes you are right as we can only see Indian address in case we login into ecas with applicants application no. If we login with UCI then it shows only Canadian address.

thx u so much...whats your timeline?

Pretty much same as urs - but i rcvd PPR almost 23 days ago - in my case sponsoral approval was done within in a month.
now since ur file was transferred to NDVO in June so it will take a mth or so after that.
:)
