Hi everyone,

I've been chatting with waiting2exhale on private message, and by looking through my gcms notes, it might be possible that a PPR for my wife's application was made. He suggessted that I should post this in this thread to get some extended help on the meaning of the following information. On page 15 of my notes, after listing the outgoing information under the "Correspondence" section, specifically in section "incoming:5", it does state the following information;

Hi, Yes it does seem like you got PPR in June by email which your missed or NDVO sent to wrong email address. I suggest sending case specific inquiry to find out if you should submit it with copy of your GSMS here and a note explaining that you missed the PPR email.

Hi ja_007, Also check in the GCMS notes if they have noted down your e-mail ID correctly. E-mail ID should be under Client Details section.

thank you everyone for helping ja007..I had similar answer but the request appearing in incoming section confused me...I thought it would appear in outgoing correspondence section (correspondence from NDVO to client). Also, it was not mentioned in last two pages of notes where history of steps taken by NDVO appears. You guys should become his lawyer since his current lawyer is of no use. Myrah's law firm is yet to be opened otherwise I would have asked him to go to her law firm.

I received the same letter from NDVO that yasmeen143 received so I assume that it has been transferred to ND
But again I never received an official letter confirming where my case has been transferred to..
My MP said its being processed in Ottawa but the letter from ND threw me off..
honestly at this point it doesn't matter to me anymore because its being processed and that's what matters the most

Guys n gals, I just want tell you that when I first filed the application package ( the wait time for sponsor approval was 8 weeks) I was sooo anxious and counting the days down until it would be forwarded to NDVO . Checked the e-cas every day sometimes 5 times a day the day after the 8 weeks with no news and no e-cas existence , I called CIC (4 hour ordeal) only to hear that they had NO record of the application being in the system ?! ( I sent it in by UPS) deeply saddened the next day I recieved the ENTIRE application back !!!!! FML - apparently ONE form was left out by mistake , so an ENTIRE 2 months was lost !!!!! Added the missing document and sent again same day ! Now our count down began again ! An entire 60 days of my life GONE!

Second tragedy - 5 months after applying I realized that our marriage was NOT preformed under special marriage act (SMA) for Christian other religion , marrying someone who is Hindu in India. ( just after our engagement we paid a lawyer to initiate this Act at courthouse, so our marriage would be legally binding) so we freaked out and re-applied, then again had to travel to India for a re-marriage at courthouse, we panicked because we read about a situation like this and they got rejected. Then mailed the new marriage document off to ND CHC with an explanation .

Despite the bumps and signs that this was NEVER EVER EVER going to be over , and through a successful interview , I'm happy to say e-cas says DM And no delays !!!!!

People EVEN when *censored word* starts to get in your way - stay strong and NEVER give up - it's just time that will sort everything out , so stay busy , focus on today and don't let this waiting game eat ur brain apart ! It's not worth it cuz when ur e-cas finally says DM , you will be looking for your brain again and may not find all the pieces . So just be patient and have faith

Aww so appreciated to read your long story. Thank god that you are over this soon until you get pp with visa. We all are very patient but this is surely killing all of us for this waiting game and hope we all get visas soon. Im so happy for you and i can tell how u are reallly happy that its almost over for you. Thanks for sharing your long story. wish u both all the best in the future. god bless!

Its a generic response to anyone whose file gets transferred to New Delhi. Can I ask how your file got transferred to New Delhi from Islamadbad?
Anyways, there is no harm in sending photocopies of the documents they are requesting with a letter stating that attached are the copies as you had submitted the originals along with the application. Its better to be on the safe side, in case the original documents have been misplaced in the transfer. Good luck

I think they are trying to clear the backlog in Islamabad. Almost all new applications are being transferred to New Delhi or London for Islamabad now. I will send the copies again as you said. thanks for your reply and suggestion.

apply for notes to see why an interview has been scheduled..contact people who have gone through interviews and find out the details....be prepared and you will do great....no need to get tense...

I can't understand, why the Medicals information is not updated on eCas for some people. We actually had 'medicals received' since the time we received the eCAS access. I am wondering if I have a reason to cheer here?

Did you also do pcc again if so when does your pcc expire? when did you send re medicals to NDVO? Thats good thing you sent them. hope you get it very soon.

it wasn't remedicals. i just did my first medicals after i submitted my passport in Oct 2013. I inquired with the hospital and they said they could do the e-medical if i had any other valid Id proof like aadaar card(they create a generic number rather than waiting for the Ndvo to sent the request via email). i also had to physically sent a copy of the medical receipt along with a cover letter asking to add my medical to my file.

My Pcc is expiring in may.
