As you are april applicant...whts ur ecas says...remaining jan-may applicants getting interview calls...any complication in ur case if u dont mind...i'm also waiting for any update

My ecas says medicals received. They had requested for spouse div petition which was send 2 months back. Both of us hv had previous marriages. I am wondering if they will request for another PCC from Dubai where i worked previously. The PCC issued from Dubai is only valid for 3 months. Its a tedious process to obtain. Indian PCC also has passed the validity. Was looking forward to my anniversary but doesn't look possible.

Booked my flight for 16th for vancouver :) Is there anybody who got sin card at vancouver airport ? :)

HI, you shouldnt be worried about getting SIN at airport, if they offer you.. get it from outside. there are service canada centres in every major street. and its just a 10 min job there.

Hello Ram,

First can I know that your sponsoring your dependent child?

- Proof of sponsor's residency in Canada : Want to know r u still living in Canada
- letter from the sponsor's employer : Want to know r u emplyed or not so after your spouse/child move to canada u can take care all the expanses so they need proof as u r employed
- NOC : No idea what it is but if you don't have original and you have already submitted then attach copy of it and mention mail.

Hope that make sense for you though still u can concern any agent or lawyer for more satisfaction but u have 30 days only to submit so make it fast :)

Good luck ram

You already have submitted your all the PCC so nothing to worry about it as they need PCC at starting of application and it must not older then 6 months once you submitted PCC then expiry doesn't matter for NDVO. NDVO mainly concern about Medical expiry.

Good luck and wish you get visa soon :)

looking at your timeline, you are more likely a May applicant than a June applicant...few of May applicants are still waiting

That's quite surprising!!! My file dosen't even show in progress or anything. It is just saying application received.

I can try contacting MP however I heard if we follow up with them then they deliberately delay the process. Do you have any idea?

Ok, Thanks for your response. I will probably go for MP enquiry as I have no choice. This long wait affecting our relation..
