they would have mentioned in the notes if they had called my lawyer or made any attempt to call her and if it did not go through....eventually they have to inform somebody somehow about passport...

Im mentioning abt your stay in india.they might have confused with some ones req of sending ppr at a later stage.

I wnt to ask u something u ordered gcms notes 2 times . Is there any diff between 1 st and 2nd. Anything happening other than ppr.

My first gcms say medical passed ppr second says passport received

So far we never heard of them specifically calling the sponsor to be physically present at the interview. Some times they mention that the sponsor should be standby for a phone call if needed. General understanding is that it will look good if both are present for the interview but there is no concrete data to suggest that.

4.A decision has been made on application. The office will contact concerning this decision.

Why are you so worried about that? You got ip already and you going to get good news before your medical expires like Myrah got it. You still have time within one month. I understand how you feel but just be positive. Look at me waiting without an update yet and im waiting so patiently. Anyways you will hear good news this month or early next month. God bless you!

Oh kk dont worry im pretty sure they look at your medical expiry date and will give you good news soon. Btw what is your medical expiry date? March 13? Its only one month and half isnt it?
