i am new member and posting here. I am already in India for 2 months and now i am with my wife. i want to Go back to Canada with my wife. i married last year and applied immigration papers to Mississauga CIC on this year. my wife sent her passport to NDVO on April. I hope my wife will get PP soon. I got very bad, sad and hard time when I applied my mom's sponsorship. She was waiting the immigration papers more than 4 years and suddenly passed away. I lost my mom. More than 8 years I am in Canada "alone" . Have a nice weekend guys.

Hey I can feel your loneliness. I also lost my mom 2 years ago. Trust me I am waiting for my spouse to come and live with me in Canada and until now we have been waiting for 6 months. They are not doing anything in speeding up the process and the wait is getting EVERY ONE upset here.

At least you are with your spouse. We are dying to see our spouse. Just hang in there it will come to you soon.

Hey dear even I feel disgusting when I check ecas status . It's still application received. But there is nothing in our hands except bloody waiting.

Every week feel like a big mountain to cross and then again wait for next.

I have the same thoughts and believe me when ever I go home after my work I want to see my lovely sweet wife's smiling face waiting for me. I feel so sad that I burst in tears. I miss her so much and I LOVE HER SO MUCH. I cannot tell you how I feel the pain in my soul, heart and deep inside me the anger I have for the people who wanted us to wait longer.

We al are sailing in the same boat i have been away from my husband for 15 months now and its so terrible.. But the tot of being with him one day calms me a lil..

I have my wife's application in process and its not fair that we newly weds have to stay apart for this long.

Today's generation is soo advanced technologically and in every other sector.. Can't believe it takes 1 years to make two life partner together..

They should understand that how hard it is to live without your love. Hard to live far away from life partner.
Immigration officers must take this seriously. I am sponsoring my wife. I am suffering from depression and anxiety. I am badly in need of my wife support. This strike has delayed my application. I am very frustrated by this but I know I cannot do anything but to wait. I guess all our application get DM soon. AMEEN INSHA ALLAH

Guys, I had contacted my MP for this.. I had an appointment today.. I went in the office and right away their case worker so the person who is appointmented to handle these matters says Strike is over.. and he also said that there is nothing they can do to help us get our process fast.. I walked out hopelessly.. In regards to the strike I believed him.. then when I came home.. i saw the news and it says strike is still going on and now all immigration officers are off duty..

I am really really sad with this nuisance... I know there is nothing we can do.. but really..

I cant wait to hear some good newss... Please helpppp

at least they shld give us 6 months visa.....so that we can go stay with our spouse.....its been 2.5 months havent seen him...and i feel so depressed........btw are the tickets so exp rt now to come to india..2500 $ economy?

As per the news the Stike is still going on and they are saying that now all immigratin officers have walked out in New Delhi

They should at least let us get some kind of visa that says we can have our spouse to visit us. This is so harsh take our money, life and time and give us nothing but hopeless hope that "we are working on uniting 2 families together".

uniting families crap....this shld be priority base.....so advanced.... but really sad that we have to suffer and be separated for so long...

I agree.


More over what I have seen past few weeks. The new applications are getting the PPR request and other updates.

But the older applications are getting no were.

They are just dumping new files on the old ones. That makes a big pile of something that is not getting done.

only few ppl get interviews...this is in the case whr they feel marriage is not genuine or not too much of proof...or some other complications..
