Probably you misuderstood my case. The NDVO sent my spouse an email saying "Please find attached document for correspondence .... and they didn't attach any document to the mail. I am trying to get in touch with them so that they can resend the email with the attachment.

Oh!!! right. You can just call them using the toll free number on the website to tell them about your situation as this will save you the time.

If you are trying to email them they will not do a quick reply.

Where are you now if I may asked.

I tried calling them sometime back but said they do not have any information. However, some people in the forum got some answers from them. So were trying to know how to approach them .

I am currently based in toronto.

Hi, does anyone have any experience calling to NDVO and getting their issues resolved?.

As I raised the issue before, my spouse received an email (most probably it was ppr) from the NDVO around 2 months back but with no attachment. It has been around 1 month since i raised a case enquiry but no response until now. My application is already delayed.

Anyone please share your experience on calling them and how to go about.

Appreciate your help. Thanks

Dude instead of emailing them .. order GCMS notes which would tell you whether they sent you a PPR or was it jus a random email. If its mention on the notes that they did sent you a PPR, send the Passport along with the photocopy of your notes and the explanation letter and then order notes again after you send the PP to ensure they received it. Dont waste time waiting for their email it may never happen as there are bunch lazy greedy asses that work there.

Hi,

Try calling NDVO for this issue. CIC call center will not help in this case as they will say as the file is transferred to NDVO and now they dont have access to it.
Calling NDVO would be the best option.

Hey James,

Hi Guys,

January 14th 2013 - I sent my application to sponsor my husband to Canada.
January 16th - CIC received the application.
Feb 16th - The sponsoring part was complete (I got the 'decision made' status) and, my husband's PR application was sent to New Delhi.
March 9th, my husband got his application number in an email from CIC New Delhi, asking him to send his passport to them.
May (mid) - My husband completed his Medicals.
June 15th - My husband got a status update on the website: "Medical results have been received".
Everything from our side (Medicals, PPC, payment) is all done. His passport is also with CIC!
How long is it from now to get his passport stamped with Visa?
Can't wait!!
But how long??

Hi magessss,

Here is the information that you have requested.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

I think you can order GCMS notes only if you are in Canada. The fee is $5.00

I hope this helps.

Regards,
James

Hello All,

My wife's medical is about to expire in less than 2 months. I am so worried now what should I do.

Should I tell them about this or should I re-do the medical.

Please advice.
