Why ur timeline says that as per NDVO request was sent on june and u submissted in november...why this time lag??

I got a call from NDVO on November to submit my passport and by telephonic conversation my Passport request already sent to June but somehow I haven't received or I have deleted mail by mistake or it went into spam and removed....It can be any of reason......

praises for ND visa officers? not many I have seen..it is not the forum members that I was talking about..it is ND visa officers...lots of forum members deserve praises, rightly so and duly noted...it is mostly after one gets visa it is god or forum members (or someone in specific) not NDVO..in fact I have rarely seen anyone praising their spouses for his/her support during the difficult times waiting for visas...no doubt he/she would be praising his/her spouse in private but it is the cultural thing people don't thank or praise their spouses for patience and understanding in public forums

I was saying that there are lots of praises for forum members which is why I was thanking them for being here for support. And now we are praising our spouses too
I haven't seen any praises for NDVO officers..lol... Unless they are negative...lol
who would want to praise them after everything they are putting us through? My lips automatically seal for them :-X

Call this number 91 (11) 4178-2000, then dial 0 to speak to a person. then ask them this info. they will only answer short general question and not about file so be careful on what you ask. in my case i personally flew to NDVO and spoke to the person at the visa office window.

A decision has been made on my application.

i got it before my first anniversary that is on 1 dec

hi all,

How does passport request comes? via email or via mail and to whom sponsor, Applicant or reprsentative??

A passport request comes to the applicant. If the applicant provided an email address on the forms, they will get an email, otherwise they get a letter in the mail because the applicant needs the visa
If you have a representative, and you provided their email address, I think the representative gets the email, otherwise they get the Letter in the mail. It makes sense because they are representing your entire case. The representative will let the applicant know that passport has been requested and to submit it with the letter/ email.

OMG- VO just looked at a file for 1.5 seconds... OMG OMG OMG....

OMG- VO 'accidently' touched a file while reaching for his/her cofee cup ...OMG OMG OMG..
