GCMS notes applied (2nd time): Oct 9, 2013, email received regarding consent form missing on Nov 11, 2013. date was reset and expected to receive note on Dec 18, 2013

Your welcome! Thank you for your timeline so others can see and share if anything. I didnt expect that they lost your consent form and its so crazy. Hope you will get notes on dec 18th. Jst have some patience and be positive with your spouse. Thats all we can do only. Hope you will get visa soon and wish you a good luck.

Hi, welcome to the forum. I am a July applicant with very similar timeline to you. But I haven't applied for GCMS notes yet because the NDVO is still working on May applications. Will apply if needed when they start with July applications... Hopefully in January. The whole system is messed up because there is no transparency how the visa officers work. Lots of people have many complaints about them. But what can we do except just accept our circumstances until a decision has been made on our files? Even if we question NDVO or MPs, we only get general responses most times.

while I'm Canadian citizenship went to India with my family and got married.
I came back and applied for spouse sponsorship and waiting...
please someone help me! When these people will give me the good news?

Request for passport -Mar 16 2013

I got an e-mail from Delhi immigration to provide the following document(s):
- you sponsor's divorce petition/application for the dissolution of his previous marriage.
you have 30 days to submit these documents at which time a decision will be taken on your file. Failure to comply with this request may result in your case being refused.
We trust that this information will be of assistance.

May I know how long will it take to get the DM after submitting these documents??

And also they didn't mention whether i need to submit photo copy or originals, so what should i submit?

When did you apply? Most probably, seeing how lazy NDVO has become, you might not hear anything for the next 2-3 months.
Submit photocopies unless they asked for originals because nothing gets returned to you after they finish processing your applications.

Congrats in getting IP but you have been waiting a long time since. Is your case straightforward?
Hopefully you will hear something in the next few weeks. But can't be sure how NDVO works. We have a fellow member who has been in IP since July and waiting since. I have a feeling all IPs will be getting DMs in December.

submitted passport along with remedical request form and medical report to vo today (nov27). Hope lazybones dont hold docs this time for months. Vfs tracking started again. Pp in transit to delhi vo

May i know whats your timeline pls? When is your medical going to expire? Maybe you should wait until they email you or call you.

May i know when is your medical going to expire? Hope you get dm before medical expires yet if so. Thanks for sharing your timeline on this forum. All the best for visa soon!

Thanks Myrah for the information. Gone through the notes. I have some doubts for which i need answer from experts

1. PPR from NDVO on 26-sep-13

2. send passport on 28-Sep-13

3. Requested GCMS notes on 28-0ct-13

4. Received GCMS notes on 19-nov-13

But while going through notes i couldnt see anywhere they received passport but my tracking number shows it was received already.
Will NDVO update every time they receive document or they do it when they start reading that file.

Hmm ok thats weird how they didnt return your passport back since your medical going to expire today or they give you extra weeks for the medical expiry dates. Or they will send ur passport back with the re medical letter. When did you apply the sponsorship application?
