Hi, Then your wife should get the correspondence from NDVO asking for passport. Do you know if she gave her email address in the forms? If she did, she should have gotten an email from them. Ask her to check the emails again as well as the spam folder. And what date did your wife get her medical tests?

Well I have been looking at posts from others and based on that I'm guessing it will be 5 months or so. Based on that Feb or Mar sounds about right.

recieved request for passport sept -5-2013
now waiting to hear from them

surprised? that's normal for these two...they are living in Canadian time zone

my crystal ball is like NDVO..it says 'request received since Nov 22'..however I predict at least three 'OMG' (warning if there are no OMG's by the evening, I will say it 3 times and claim that my prediction came true)

Frankly, I don't know what time zone I am living in right now...lol... It's very difficult sometimes. Hopefully, I don't change into sleeping beauty because of the lack of sleep...
And Your Cinderella characters are right on....lol.. Good one.

We already have one OMG... Two more to go.. Hope you are right... Then I will feed you pure desi ghee with sugar. ;D ;D

Well actually, you aren't the only one. If you check the spreadsheet, there are a few march applicants who are still waiting for in process. Have you applied for GCMS notes to see what's going on with your file?

Thank you, I hope so too. I don't know how they expect family members to stay apart for so long. I haven't seen my husband since May even though I talk to him everyday it is hard. Hopefully they fly through the applications and get stuff done fast. Mind you that stupid strike didn't help either. That just delayed our applications. Good Luck to you as well.

IMM 5475 E is the correct one most likely. IMM 5476 E is the form used for a representative like a lawyer or a consultant.

Thanks for your quick response. It's a tough call to make. I personally would suggest you ask your wife if she missed the email. And apply now because it takes a month to get the notes back. If your GCMS notes say that passport was requested, you can sent the copy of your notes with passport and a written letter explaining the delay. Wait until the weekend and see what the others on the forum say to you regarding the notes... It might help make your mind.

Desi Girl we have checked our mailbox thoroughly and there is no email from CHC Delhi for passport request.Can I send an email to NDVO or can tell my wife to make a phone call to NDVO to check ?

Dont call NDVO directly. Apparently they dont like to talk with humans. Just send them an email and wait for a week or two. based on your timeline you should be getting an email from them soon.
