For sure we will they have to finish backlog by dec....they are silent coz they working on new files and dm for IP files...and sending out passports who got dm in bulk so im sure lots n lots of good news coming soon..

I think they are doing priority processing for Filipinos this week. That's why slow movement for us. It's my guess based on CIC's twitter release.

while paying for VFS courier charge, you must have got a receipt. it is written there.

As myrah7 was saying, they are silent because they are processing things. Maybe ecas update is scheduled twice or three times a week only,

Delhi sucks!!!

Again another "problem". VFS status shows "PP in transit" for two days. Hopefully i should get it tomorrow. But today i got another email which says like this----"These medical instructions are being issued since your application has been processed where medical results are now required. Please read the instructions carefully." I have already sent medical report which is valid upto Dec first week. It does not say "current one is expiring". I don't know why i got this email. Any suggestion ?

It must be a glitch in the system. I am sure visa is on its way, but I am surprised that they did not call you to advise you to land before the medicals get expired, unless they extended them for you (a new power given to visa officers, I heard).

HI!! I would be applying as a sponsor next month. Just had a question and would appreciate if anyone can help me. Can we get the medicals done for the spouse even before applying ? How would be explain to the local Medical officer as to what should be done. How do we pay for it?

wait for a day or 2 and see if u get your pp....lets hope all is well and u get your visa this week....hope its a mistake from their side...

u have to do medicals before applying that's the procedure....and sent the copy with your application. The following documents you will require for doing your medical exam-
Original Current valid Passport. Two set of photocopies of your Passport's first two pages and last two pages. 8 Photographs according to the CIC's instructions.
u can pay by cash...its some 3000-3500rs unless its increased now don't know....
