I think u need to be very frank to them if they ask u a question and say it was a mistake and u realised after the application was sent....be calm abt it.....and only answer the questions they ask u nothing extra....but do make it clear it was a mistake....it cant really affect your case unless they think after interview that u purposely didn't put it.......but lot of ppl on the forum have been rejected and got visa's......so just keep this in mind and pls apply for notes so u can see if u been flagged for anything else and keep all answers ready before hand....don't worry all will be fine....its just a formality to see u in person and talk face to face ....interview can last 10 mins - 1 hr really depending on the officer and his questions just be confident and nothing can stop u from getting your visa.. just believe in your love u will be fine and get your strength...if your spouse can attend it with u..then I think its a bonus

Dont worry, just stay positive & focus on ur relationship proofs. Ask d copy of forms applied frm lawyer if u dont have already and remember the dates of events. Order GCMS notes if haven't applied, in the notes section the VO writes what he/she is concerned about, so u'll get an idea why they are having an interview. The notes are very helpful, u/ur spouse can apply them on ur own, dont need lawyer for that.
My friend is in India, I guess for d interview, she is Oct 2012 applicant. I guess I'll hear from her once she is back.

No update on E-cas but received email from CHC Delhi yesterday they are asking to provide
1. My daughters birth certificate
2. Evidence of post marriage communication with my wife ; and daughter
3. My medical is valid till 27 December 2013

My wife is a Canadian citizen and we got our daughter citizenship of canada by descent
They both have lived with me in India since my daughters birth she is 2 years now

I want to know what does that means and secondly what should I reply to them in regards to EVIDENCE OF POST MARRIAGE COMMUNICATION

they requested for document and date to submit is 30 days ? so they have opened your file....but coz of documents requested (need more proof) it gonna be delayed a month or 2 max.......this has happened to lot of forum members......... so approx. after your 30 days is up and when they have all your documents then only will they look into your file..for u to get ip now cld be from 1 months - 2 months........don't worry this is very normal....at least u got their mail so many ppl have missed mails and unnecessarily their file got delayed later they got to know thru mp or notes ....

For your daughter birth certificate, did you get her birth registered in india or canada? I believe that if it is in India you could provide the Indian birth certificate with whatever paper you stating her nationality.
If ever you have her birth registered in canada then of course you can provide it.
About your evidence of communication I believe you don't have as you're staying together and obviously don't need to call or email each other. I'm not a specialist, but what I would do in your case is gathering all possible documents stating that you're staying together at the same address, for exemple, bank account, phone bills, electricity bills, credit card bills, lease (if you're renting a flat), copy of IDs with your address, etc. I would send them all those evidences together with a letter explaining that you don't have proof of communication as you're communicating verbally in person as you're staying together at the same address and they can verify this information by looking at the documents attached.

hmm ok then I guess its coz u didn't mention the rejection in the application......its ok if hes not there.........just take all proof what u have .... don't worry all will be fine...just tell them the truth .....im sure they will understand... have faith in god....soon u will have your visa ...good luck dear....anything u need to know pls be free to ask anyone.......im sure all will be happy to help u
