??? Yes, This can get so confusing with time differences between India and Canada/USA... And I didn't know you are in USA currently...

Since we are applying to NDVO, I was thinking to go with New Delhi being the central point for time and date and it's Tuesday morning in India.
I hope I can get better at this if I am starting to try to keep track of all NDVO updates... But I put you in under Monday now ;D

Furthermore, I may not be able to keep up-to-date with the forum as there can be lots of pages to go through each day so any help will be appreciated.

Hi guys,

Anyone else miss a phone call from CIC?

My wife's status changed to In Process on October 10, 2013. On October 24, she got calls from CIC that she missed. The calls were at about 4:30 PM and when she tried to call them back at 5PM. They were closed. She called again the next morning, only to be greeted by the "Operator" who cannot answer any questions because they dont have access to anything. We asked to be transferred to Immigration department and were told that all we can do is just email them at delhi-im-enquiry @ international.gc.ca and wait for reply.

Has this happened to anyone else? How long did it take you guys to get a phone-call back from CIC?

I m seriously thinking i should apply for GCMS notes even though some of you have told me not to because file is already "In Process".

Any help or suggestions will be appreciated.

Below is my timeline so far

Medical done - Jan 2013
Application Sent - March 3, 2013
Application Recieved - March 5, 2013
Decision Made (Canadian husband's request approved for sponsorship) - April 2, 2013
Passport Request (Wife in India's passport request etc) - April 22, 2013
Passport sent (May 12, 2013), according to tracking number, the passport arrived at Canadian High Commission in Delhi on May 14, 2013
Status change to "In Process" on October 10, 2013.
Wife got 4 missed calls from CIC on October 24, 2013

Its ok, they will call her again. There is a window period, they know that we can miss a phone call. whats about medical expiry date.

It just say they recd the application and started processing on 25 th oct but nothing about medical

Hey what happens if you do not submit all your old passports with your current passport? MY PPR letter asked me to submit old passports but I lost one of them. What I did was I put a note saying i lost that old passport. I have a scanned copy of the passport I lost and I submitted it with my initial application. I have already sent the passport so there is nothing much I can but I just thought you might have some experience/ideas/ knowledge on this case. Thanks
