Hi guys, I have a couple of questions

Here is my time-line

Medical done - Jan 2013
Application Sent - March 3, 2013
Application Recieved - March 5, 2013
Decision Made (Canadian husband's request approved for sponsorship) - April 2, 2013
Passport Request (Wife in India's passport request etc) - April 22, 2013
Passport sent (May 12, 2013), according to tracking number, the passport arrived at Canadian High Commission in Delhi on May 14, 2013
Status change to "In Process" on October 10, 2013.

-I am just wondering. Should i apply for GCMS notes now or just wait it out since it says "In process" now online.

- If i do apply for GCMS, do i have to get my wife to sign the consent form in India and mail it to me in Canada so i can apply for GCMS notes?

Please let me know.

hey since u are in IP I think u can wait coz lots are waiting on the same date oct 10th...im sure in the next few weeks u shld get dm

and yes your wife needs to sign the consent form which needs to be sent bk to u to apply

don't worry be positive we all goin to hear the blasts of dm and ip very soon infact I think tom is the day.... do let us know when u get dm or pp bk with visa...all the best wish u a speedy visa

I think the processing time for DC is also 11 months in cic......so maybe by early next yr u shld hear some positive wish u a speedy visa
