my question is i got married with my husband in may 2010 in Canada and before that i was student. now my husband gave me divorce in Nov 2012. so i would like to know that i am going to India this Nov. can i marry to Indian guy and sponsor him or not?

yes you can but expect ur file to be processed in a year and you have to give all the proofs of divorce and new wedding ...............

Yes u can marry but u can't sponsor until u have ur PR for the last 5 yrs. May I know who filed the petition ...

Anybody compiling a list of the post march (April, May,...) applicants with "In process" status?

in this forum no one in may is in-process .......in april there were 2 guys who got their visa's already... this is the list for all in process from jan onwards...hope this information helps.........

This waiting period is becoming so depressing man.......... What is actually gng on..... No response on the application after the first letter.
Is it how work really goes on????????

what is goin on is that ndvo has started issuing visa's... in the last 2 weeks more than 10 ppl got dm and passport bk with visa and since august more than 20 ppl are in process so work has started full flow..........cld u pls share your timeline pooja?

hey u missed ur ppr and thats for sure jsut apply for gcms notes and check that u missed ur ppr or do a mp inquiry......
