1. First sentence on top of page 2 of Checklist "All Documents Submitted Will Not Be Returned"

I got my transcripts of records from my school not in a sealed envelope (actually no envelope given, just the 3 pages of the transcripts of my grades). I guess I will submit my Transcripts without the envelope. There was no mentioned of a sealed university envelope in the NEW guidelines and checklist or forms.
