Hi everyone,
As per the latest announcement in March,2017 , on June 6, Job Bank registration will become voluntary for all candidates. Employers may use the Job Bank, as well as their own recruitment procedures, to search for and hire skilled workers.
Will this mean that a candidate/employer no longer require to fulfill the LMIA criteria? As usually there were very rare possibility of getting a permanent full time job offer from a Canadian company to sponsor any candidate as they have to fulfill the Canadian Labor market criteria.
Any further information is appreciated .
Thanks
