It was posted on this discussion board last year in August.

The Immigration Minister issued "new" instructions for Federal Skilled Worker applications in November 2008. The so-called changes mentioned in this Bill C-50 is no longer "effective," and doesn't reflect the current system, since the ministerial instructions have become the standards. There're no more SAP, GOL categories. They're now just the 38-occupation category and CEC category. If I'm wrong, please correct me.

Additionally, if the CIC website doesn't post anything, the "news" is either old or not official. We should refer the CIC website for accurate information.
