and so I did my CELPIP General Test last January of this year as a preparation to this FSW, only to find out that the CELPIP test taken prior to April 1, 2014 will not be used anymore for immigration purposes because they made changes to the CELPIP general test format.
I would like to ask if I can still submit an application with my Jan2014 CELPIP and write a letter to CIC that I will just forward my new CELPIP after I get a new one? I am 38 weeks pregnant and due to my medical condition, I cannot take the test as soon as now because I can give birth anytime. By the time I can take the test, it will take forever and afraid that I will not make it to the cap.
Please advise, I appreciate your help.
