New CEC rules will affect everyone who can't understand simple rules! All their application will be returned and fees forfeited!

Seriously, how hard to understand that no one who's application was received prior to Nov,9 will not be affected??
The forum has at least 5-6 different threads, discussing same issues all over agai,started by people who excel in writing instead of reading. I am sorry for being blunt but hopefully this message help to stop this trend.

1. There is not going to be any effect on already received applications no matter what stage their are at.
2.There is 12000 cap on ALL cec applications from Nov,9 2013 till Oct,31 2014.
3. There is additional cap of 200 applications on EACH of the NOC B professions.
4. There is no individual caps on any of noc 0 A positions
5. Not eligible to apply any longer are:
Cooks (NOC 6322)
Food service supervisors (NOC 6311)
Administrative officers (NOC 1221)
Administrative assistants (NOC 1241)
Accounting technicians and bookkeepers (NOC 1311)
Retail sales supervisors (NOC 6211)

So do you know how many applicants applied on 2013? 12000 cap is big enough for one year applications?

2013 isn't over yet. There were about 9,500 in PR/Deps in 2012 issued CEC visas. Note they probably would have required 2 years of work to be eligible then.
