Your answer is actually simple and all can be found on the CIC Website. I think it will not HURT you taking some time and check the site.

First - you need to submit a reference/verification letter of the experience you qualify for the CEC Program.
Secondly - I believe you have to choose CPP-O (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/index.asp)

The case processing pilot office in Ottawa (CPP-O) processes:

visitor visa (temporary resident visa) applications from within Canada for applicants with valid status (students or temporary foreign workers only)
permanent resident visa applications from the United States and Canada after they have been pre-screened by CPC-M or CIO-S

The case processing centre in Vegreville processes:

extensions for temporary resident status and temporary resident permits
work and study permits
applications for permanent residence from protected persons and convention refugees in Canada
applications for permanent residence for live-in caregivers
loans for the right of permanent residence fee

No CC will be charged for Jan 2014 applicants anytime soon. You will see some movement sometime after Feb 15 and not before that..

so sit back, relax and enjoy the ride

Toby: I think Jan 2014 applicants are too lazy to create a spreadsheet...

I posted my application today. I just hope everything goes fine, hope my application is accepted. i need my AOR for Bowp, as my current wp is expiring 28th Feb.

How to create this spreadsheet, is there a link available for template and where to upload to?? I could do that..

Thanks

Hi seniors,

I am filling the form and hope to sent it out this month.

However, I have a question regarding the form IMM0008_Generic Form. In question 7: "Have you received your CSQ?" I do not apply for CSQ, so I should choose "No" However, If I choose NO, I should fill in the blank at "when did you apply for CSQ?". Can I leave if blank or "N/A"?

Thanks,

Lopaka

That's Certificat de Sélection du Quebec ! what province are you in ?

I phoned CIC about that issue and the agent said that they don't require an explanation letter coz the checklist doesn't say that and he said it's up to you if you want to include it.. it won't hurt if you give them a call to make sure.. Good luck :)

I've created spreadsheet for Jan 2014 applications.. Here is the link.
