Hi, Guys waiting for MR. Based on the 13-month rule, all of us would get MR before the end of 2014. Do you think it makes sense?

You are not the only one, I'm waiting too. Unfortunately, I'm also assuming that it is based on our eligibility.
In my opinion our applications will just go through second review by other officer.

I have few questions,

1.Have sent the RPRF receipt in the following ID which is mentioned in the mail.

CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca

but still ppl are sending to the below ID..

CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca

Do i need to send this ID as well or will it be ok to send the ID mentioned
in the RPRF mail.

2.I have also sent My kid's new passport details to Ottawa thru emil few times.
But i didn't get an any reply so far. Will that be Normal.
Or do i need to send it again.

Please advise.Thanks in Advance.

Please send it to CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca as it says in the email, you should be good.

That's where I had sent mine. You would receive an auto acknowledgement, but don't expect CIC to inform you when they have updated it in the system.

Thanks Thomas2171 for your updates.
I took the printout of the receipt and then update it with the details and then sent a scanned copy of the receipt.
Will that be ok..or need to send a original receipt.

Sure your not far behind, date on the COPR was the 24th October. Lawyer received it today so it's taken about a week. DM showed on ECAS on the 27th.

A well deserved pint or two is in order to celebrate!

If our files under second review, it means we have some problems for the eligibility. Does that mean there is a high possibility that we will get rejected?

How often people's files are put to second review by another visa officer?

I am also the one who is waiting to hear from immigration since feb 2014. They did called my employer back in august to make sure if i worked there or not and my employer said he do work n they said ok thanks. That's all. Still waiting for MR call. I have ordered GCMS notes. Let see. Hoping for the best.

13 month is ideal processing time of application which is close to 80% of people apply , There is no mandate of getting a MR in 13 months , MR is received within 5-6 months of application . I think you not getting MR has to do with your Eligibility determination.

Is your eligibility Passed or not ?

Not yet. I guess we could refer to September 2013 applicants ' thread to get the answer now, since they already waited for 13 months.
