new born baby during the PR process

Hi guys as a June application,I am still waiting for the DM right now . Here is my situation: my baby was born on 14th Oct 2015 in Alberta Canada and since I have not received my pr should I notify Cic that I got a new family member ? And how could I do this ?
Any reply will appreciate.
