Hi, My visitor visa delayed for almost 3.5 months now since applied, and today I have been requested to submit another bank statement, I did attach a bank statement initially with my application, what might be the reason cic ask for a new one again? is it normal, has anyone experienced this..

It sounds like IRCC wants to verify that you still have the funds available to travel. I would recommend that you submit the bank statement as soon as possible.
Why are you worried? if you can proof you still maintain the same closing balance (little bit +-) and if you are employee and getting same amount of salary (last 3.5 months transactions) then I'm pretty much sure you hv very high chances of approval. But make sure to submit latest bank statement till today date (not the previous one which u had submitted)
i am not worried, I have same stable job still, stable profession with on time salary, and more than the previous balance, I am just curious to know, i will submit it today.
not yet, I have to spend 25$ for getting bank statement, if they reject my visa, for sure I will never forgive them for wasting my time, I hope to receive a positive reply,

hahahah, look like you are very active these days on many thread, so I wish you must get the visa for your contribution, for me not sure, they pulled it this long, let's see. only country that take 4 months to issue a visit visa, are they afraid i will overstay in their country with my wife, without an status, i can't definitely get medical, and the climate in canada is terrible cold, and sri lankan girls will not bare itHahaha you’ll receive a positive reply soon bro.
