New Baby Arrival After PR

Hope you all are doing well.

I got an e-mail regarding to submit the medical report and it looks like I am in the final stage for my immigration. My wife is pregnant in week 20. And I have alot of questions regarding the landing and health insurance:

1. How long will it take to get the visa after sending the medical report ?

2. How long will it take to get the health insurance activated after landing ? Let's say it will take for example 1 month .. Shall I sat at Canada for thr whole month ? Or I can just Land and travel back to my country, then after 1 month I can come back to Canada to get it ?

3. If we got the PR, But my wife delivered our baby outside Canada, what will happened in this case ?

You and me the same situation as my wife also pregnant and me and my wife already done medical EXCEPT CHEST X-RAY for my wife. But I understand that CIC will hold our whole application until my wife Chest X-RAY clear. How about your case? What kind of letter do you received from CIC? By the way, which office do you use? I am using Singapore visa office and I submitted additional documents to CIC Singapore office on 29.10.2014.

(1) Within 10 days after you finished both of you and your wife medical (including chest x-ray), medical have been received line will appear. Then they will send you PPR and request your passport at most 1 month later. please share your case?
