New Application- request some advice

Hey guys, so I just got my CIC account and started my online application.

I have a few questions regarding the application requirements. I am applying from Romania , got accepted at Langara college for a post -degree in BA.

As I was skimming through the forums, I noticed alot of people complaining about their English Exam results or their marks, I see none of these questions in the forms I need to submit, I only have:


- Application for Study permit made outside of Canada
- Evidence of Work Requirement in Study
- Family Info
- Passport
- Letter of Acceptance
- Proof of finance
- Photo
- Medical Exam
- Application for a temporary resident Visa
- Letter of explanation ( I'm having some trouble about what I should put here)


I'd like to mention I got my Bachelor of Science in the UK ( in July 2014) and have been accepted at Langara College for the September Intake. I have been working for 3 years now in Romania.( I also dont see any topic regarding a resume to upload).So I am a bit confused about what I should write at the letter of explanation , and also about the fact I see no questions regarding my English proficiency or my University Marks in the visa application.

If anyone could lemme know if this is normal that would be awesome.

Also , is it ok if for financial proof I will offer my parents bank account ? and also what kind of letter should I upload stating that they will pay my tuition?.

1. Upload your mark sheets (as one file) under letter of explanation.
2. You do not need IELTS since you graduated from UK.
3. You do not need a resume.
4. Financial support from parents is fine. Better if you attach your salary slips/tax returns as well, if any. You can also attach 1st term paid tuition receipt along with your application.

Do you suggest I attach my university marks even if they are not exactly very good?

They accepted me to my program due to 3 years of work experience in Marketing, not solely on the basis of my grades, would not like to get a visa refusal due to poor university grades.
