New Applicant for CEC needs Guidence

I am really impressed from this forum and by seeing how people help each other. As a new applicant I have few questions . I already read all instructions and guide but I want confirmation so I might don't do any mistake.

1)I have working experience of 1 year full time (35 hours per week) as a Technical Analyst. According to my job I found NOC: 2282 is it correct or not?

2) According to NOC:2282 I fall under NOC skill type B?

3) If I fall under skill type B, I full fill the minimum language requirements of CLB5 with my following IELTS score or should I do retake?

Skill level B: CLB 5: Listening:5 Reading:4 Writing: 5 speaking: 5

MY score: Listening:6 Reading:5 Writing: 5 speaking: 6.5

4) I get my job on basis of post graduate work permit but my Masters degree is not conferred me yet as I didn't apply yet for my convocation, But university gave me completion degree letter on which based upon I get my graduate work permit. Is it fine

Please guide me so I can proceed.

yes, make sure that your 1 year experience is only on PGWP, do not count any experience gained on off campus work permit towards cec... You should be fine....

Btw when is your university completion date on letter and what is the date of issue on PGWP The

My got my degree completion letter in 4th May 2012 and My PGWP on 4 July 2012. I think it should be fine and have no issue

Then you are good to apply....start gathering the rest of your documents

It does not allow me to reply to personal message. But I didnot apply yet for my PR.I am attending convocation in Nov and will apply under CEC in December

I am sure u can also apply under PGWP under new rules of 2013..but u can wait till november if u like
