If the bachelor or MBA was done in english or french, a copy of her transcripts will be the language proof she needs.

on the transcript it doesn't mention medium as english.

all the transcripts are in english and she did studied in english. but the transcript clearly doesn't state that she studied in english medium.

will that be accepted.

let me know

The easiest way is to take the third party test mentioned in the CIC website which is called CELPIP general Listening and speaking only. She only has to get 4 in both listening and speaking. It costs around 185$
If you want a free English language proof, she can attend LINC program for 3 months in any school that is funded by the government
