Hi there,

just a question about study permit visa.

As holding the “letter of introduction” and already arrived in Canada. There wasn’t any papers which authorised by the Canadian government.

Is that normal? Where can I get/ print out my study visa?

Thanks :)

Did you arrive via air? Did you not go to immigration and get your study permit with your LOE? It is up to you before leaving the immigration area to do that. CBSA will have verified your documents and then you would have gone to immigration area to process study permit.

Yes by Air. And did go to the immigration, but there wasn’t any papers given out. So what should I do in this case?

So when went to immigration, you didn’t ask for your study permit to be issued? Again it is up to you do ask for permit to be issued. If you didn’t get your study permit, you can flagpole at Canada/US border.
