Nephew applied on 20th of Oct and his police check is ready. how does he send it to the visa office?

He applied for police check and he has received it, he does he send it to visa office? Please help will be appreciated.

You can have a webform sent with the Police Check/Certificate sent. You would to a clear picture of the document, and have it attached when filling out the webform.
