Hello this topic is to share about the visa status of Nepalese in Canada sponsoring spouse from Nepal via Delhi Immigration
 
Hello,

My application was received at CIC-M on 12 March, 2015

SA on May 5, 2015

File transferred on May 22, 2015 and

AOR2 received from NDVO on June 2
 
Does anyone have an idea as to how long it may take to process applications made due to the earthquake?

I think no one can answer your question ... however I am very eager to know the answer :) ....

We emailed yesterday informing our case ... If we hear anything, will let you know

I believe Canada has a pretty good record in these situations. Stay strong and never give up. :D

Hope they do ... other than you I do not know anyone whom NDVO acknowledged the expedite request for family class applicants :).

Congrats.... Your SA and AOR2 s' timeline is similar to my wife. We also emailed them for expedite processing, I hope she gets the email as you do :)
 
My wife received passport request. Our time timeline is below

Application Filed: March 12, 2015
SA: May 22, 2015
Application transfer: June 2, 2015
PPR: June 11, 2015

PS: We requested for expdite processing on June 2. No correspondence from NDVO after that except PPR email.

Yes ... She will be here next week (as planed before the request) as a visitor. We will submit her passport here in Ottawa VO. If everything goes well we will cross border to the US and do the landing formalities.
